Polish Association in Portland Oregon
Do we have a "Polish Spring Festival" in the beginning of May ?
We have a lot of Polish events at Polish Hall in beginning of May. We may call it a "Polish Spring Festival" as a comparison to our big "Polish Festival" in September.
Let me empathize two events, Cabaret "Pod Bańka", and Nobility Ball. Both events are genuine, fascinating and enjoyable. With our reasonable prices, they are real bargains here in the Portland area.
Come to both if you can.

Polish Evening with Cabaret "Pod Bańka" (in Polish)
Saturday, April 30, 7:30pm, at Polish Hall
The cabaret "Pod Bańką" comes to Portland again!!
This Toronto group gave an awesome performance in March, 2004 and that was the best Polish performance we ever seen in Polish Hall. The cabaret troupe includes professional Polish actors, writers and composers. Their program is often shown at Polish TV in Poland. The jokes are in Polish, but the performances are enjoyable even
for people with very limited Polish. Tickets will be available on Sundays at the Polish Library 12:00-1:30pm. Ticket prize is $18; $15.00 (PLBA members); $12.00 (seniors and children). For more information call Małgorzata Cieszkowska 503-762-8085
