PLBA (the Polish Library Building Association or Towarzystwo Biblioteki Polskiej) is a nonprofit organization that represents, organizes and develops the local Polish community.
PLBA also owns and takes care of the historical Polish building, the Polish Hall.

We are fortunate to have St. Stanislaus Church, the only Polish Catholic Church in Oregon, just on the other side of Failing Street. We work closely with St. Stanislaus Church. Together, for example, we prepare and conduct the Polish Festival, which is the biggest Polish event on the West Coast.
