PLBA is a nonprofit organizations and relies on volunteers. All officers (President, Board of Directors, Librarian, etc.) work on a volunteer basis**.

We have many active volunteers in our community without whose help we could not exist. They do the organizational work of all events.  We also have a large number of event-specific volunteers, who help us with specific projects, for example, with the Polish Festival. We are very grateful for their help.
